Delivery Terms and Conditions
Here’s what we do from our side


We deliver all around the UAE and Gulf region.
Free delivery and assembly all over the UAE on purchases exceeding AED 1000, delivery charges below AED 1000 will be AED 45 for small items and AED 150 for large items including assembly.
Delivery and assembly within 48 hours across all UAE.

For KSA, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, we offer cross border delivery, excluding assembly. Total shipping cost will appear at the checkout page. No return for orders outside UAE .
We provide 14 days free storage from the day of the purchase, after which we start charging AED 25 per day. Storage charges must be paid in full in advance before release to delivery. We reserve the right to cancel the order at day 15th.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available as a payment method and is subject to a service charge.
Customized items cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled while being produced.


Here’s what we need from you

First, please make sure you have cleared the passage and got rid of the old stuff you have! We do not dispose, dismantle, shift or haul old/unwanted furniture. Out with the old, in with the new!
Second please make necessary arrangements and permissions to receive goods without issues in your community/building .
Let us know of any limitations hindering us from delivering to your home (small lift , narrow aisle , low ceilings etc), should we be unable to deliver due to restrictions of no fault of our own and/or if no one is at home at scheduled delivery time a redelivery fee of AED 150 will be charged.


Returns & refunds

You can cancel your order by sending an email to [email protected]. For orders cancelled after dispatch of goods, shipping will be charged at AED 150.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return within 48 hours after delivery. Goods returned must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging (unassembled), in an unused condition.
Return shipping is charged AED 100 (per trip) if the reason is not faulty or defected or wrong item sent.
All items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing), If received items are faulty, defected or incorrect, Houmata must be notified within 48 hours by official email to [email protected] and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated herein .
Based on our evaluation of item condition we will refund the product value, Houmata reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
Refund applicable to the goods only – All shipping and assembly costs are non-refundable.
Refund will be made back to same method of payment/card.
