The Napoleon Sear Plates sit above your gas grill burners. To replace, remove the cooking grates from the grill and set aside. Remove the old sear plates and discard. Now would be a good time to look at your burners to be sure there are no large holes. Place the new sear plates in the grill and place the cooking grates back in the grill.
