STK100 is a solvent-free high-performance water-based acrylic adhesive that has very good bond strength and very low emissions (EC2). STK100 is suitable for plasticized vinyl floor coverings (including tiles), carpets with PVC, PU, Latex, Textile, and high-density foam backings. Pack Size: 15 kg
Can be applied to:
• Concrete
• Flooring grade hardboard
• Plywood
• Chipboard
• Sand/cement screed
• Proprietary good quality self-smoothing underlayments
Asphalt and surface membranes should be treated with at least a 3mm coating of smoothing compound before applying the adhesive.
Coverage: Approximately 3-4 m² per kg depending on the porosity of the substrate and thickness of the adhesive film.
Storage: 12 months if stored between 5 °C - 30 °C ( 41 °F - 86 °F) in a cool dry area, in an original unopened container. Protect from frost.
Open Time: Up to 60 minutes, depending on conditions. Temperature, humidity, and surface to be treated.
