The rules are simple: Each player picks X or O and proceeds to put their marked shot glass on the board in alternating turns. The twist comes at the end. The loser must drink all the shots on the board! And Drinking Tic Tac Toe takes care of that pesky problem where games end in a draw. When that happens, each player drinks their shots, and everybody wins.
